Charter customer experience
2007 PC World survey showed Charter had below average overall customer satisfaction and was ranked the worst Internet service provider2. By 2007 the Better Business Bureau received enough complaints about Charter to issue a warning about the company’s service under the headline “Customers doubt Charter’s commitment to service.”3. The February 2009 issue of Consumer Reports ranked Charter lowest among 10 major telecom providers4 and Charter scored lowest among 114 companies in customer experience in a 2008 survey of more than 4,500 consumers by Forrester Research. Customer service staff may even be based worldwide.
